Returns & Exchanges
For standard modular items, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the customer covers the return shipping costs. Due to their unique nature, customized products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged item, Navora takes full responsibility and will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos of the issue to initiate a claim.
